Whether it is chakra, aura, or room, chakra healing music videos have really taken off over the last few years so I thought it would be a nice addition to my reviews to try a few and give my experience on them. Now, I will say I have done these before in the past and I was not exactly shocked at the little it did. Hence I never really used them much.
Now as a foreword I would like to say NO 30min, 1 hour, 2 hour etc video will completely cleanse and unblock your chakras for you, it simply doesn’t work like that. It is purely click bait. At best they are ‘indirect’ tools that you can use to supplement your own personal and direct energy workings, which are the BEST way to get the job done whilst learning other skills at the same time.
