A Rising Sense of Hopelessness
As it sets in, your limbs start to feel heavy, like it is suddenly becoming a burden, this thing that no longer seems to serve any value. A sense of hopelessness starts to set in as an inward sigh of resignation sounds.
You know there is no point in doing it yet again, yet what else is there? There is a sense of duty, that even though you know its pointless, its what you need/should/have to do…. or even ‘might as well, its not like there is anything else’.

Intro to Divination with Tools
Divination can be a bit of a murky puddle at first, mainly due to the general acceptance of what it is believed to be. The images of the fortune teller tents are a ready example, yet they only show a very stereotypical face of divination. This type of Divination is highly commercialised around the future and is often used to bump up the ego with what it has coming its way that it can possess at a later date.

There are as many types of meditation as there are energy healing modalities so I will not go into them. An Introduction to Your Energy Body
Energy ‘Body’ seems rather limiting to the original concept of this human body, so I will use vessel unless otherwise referring in particular. In fact this body is only what your ‘vessel’ looks like in this set of frequencies. So just as your Consciousness has layers so does your vessel, the energy that acts as a central point of your Experience on any given dimension you are currently grounded in.

‘Negative Energy’ – The Simple Truth
When it comes to the general spiritual community I would say to use EXTREME CAUTION! Especially when it comes to the idea of negative energy.
There is a ‘common/generic spiritual belief system’ which one can hear starting out which are just as toxic as some ‘social norm’ beliefs. For some reason in being ‘spiritual concept’ are considered somehow ‘better than’, even though they follow the same patterns and lead them to the same places. They just switch a few words out and replace them with alternatives.
