All orders placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm or on a weekend, will be processed on the next working day.

Orders over £35.00 will enable free delivery to be select at checkout to most of the UK.

Orders must be paid for before dispatch.
All mainland UK parcels are sent by Evri 48hour with Proof of Delivery, for Highlands, Ireland and Channel Island is will be a 72 hour delivery. We are unable to offer any specific times for delivery and all Items will require a signature on delivery.
Please use a full street address for delivery; we will not deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in extra delivery charges.
Q: How do I return or cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us within 24 hours of the order being made. After this we cannot cancel dispatched items.
If you wish to return an order due to a change of mind or incorrect item the items must be returned in the condition they were received in, unused along with all parts and item boxes. Contact us with 2 weeks of dispatch date to arrange a return/refund.
For damaged items you must contact us within 3 days from the delivery date, please include clear photos of the damage. We will then arrange a return/refund.
Please note that we do not provide postage for returned and refunded goods.
It is your legal right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel an order within 14 days without a reason. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Downloadable items are non-refundable and non -returnable.
Q: I did not receive my order, what do I do?
If you did not received your order please first check with the Couriers using your tracking number. If you do not have it, contact us.

Deliveries to the following postcode areas maybe rejected as we cannot be guaranteed. Any orders made to these postcodes are done at your own responsibility and we will not send out replacement orders to replace any that did not arrive.
