This is one of the common initial questions you ask yourself or your are asked to ask yourself ‘What is Ego’.. However, they do not say that the importance here is in asking the question and opening to it, not answering it. The answer will never be anything you think, know or believe.

An Introduction to Your Energy Body
Energy ‘Body’ seems rather limiting to the original concept of this human body, so I will use vessel unless otherwise referring in particular. In fact this body is only what your ‘vessel’ looks like in this set of frequencies. So just as your Consciousness has layers so does your vessel, the energy that acts as a central point of your Experience on any given dimension you are currently grounded in.

‘Negative Energy’ – The Simple Truth
When it comes to the general spiritual community I would say to use EXTREME CAUTION! Especially when it comes to the idea of negative energy.
There is a ‘common/generic spiritual belief system’ which one can hear starting out which are just as toxic as some ‘social norm’ beliefs. For some reason in being ‘spiritual concept’ are considered somehow ‘better than’, even though they follow the same patterns and lead them to the same places. They just switch a few words out and replace them with alternatives.

The Truth of Raising Vibration & Frequency
A common thing you may read about is Raising Vibration & Frequency. Having such keeps you beyond the reach of lower energies, safe from entity manipulation and raises your consciousness and is part of ascending.
The trouble is that usually this is followed by two major misunderstandings.
- What a ‘High Vibration’ is
- How to raise vibration
So what is a ‘High Vibration’?

The Reoccurring Conundrum – Internal Conflict – To Be Or Not To Be
This has come around a few times for me. Should I be making this blog open to the public or should it be private?
I can see pro’s and con’s for both yet today it has hit me again.Part of me feels it should not be up for just anyone to read and immediately calls for me to hit the ‘private’ button before turning my attention to youtube. I went half way and hit the button for asking search engines to not list it. Yeah, maybe not THE best ‘cop out’ though, though its a half way point until I resolve this.

This is probably the most important thing I have ever written so far. Last night before I slept I wrote something I had realised that day and it transformed on paper and became something profound that completely changed my perception of my life over the last decade and in that moment:
My Higher Self is..Ascending?
I am writing this follow on as now, a day or so later it is starting to dawn on me just what has been going on!
After my energy working, later that day, I brought my Higher Self in to ground, root and balance with her. As this was happening I was visited suddenly by a jackal headed, extremely well built entity who I picked up as ‘Guardian’ who was returning. (more…)
Blog of Justice. Bringing Clarity to the Loss of Self and Twin.
This sort of sums it up really. My solo mission is to bring Justice to the loss and ‘losing’ element of going through a spiritual awakening and soul connection. Not just that but with being incarnated at all. The sense of what is to be lost, already is lost and what never actually was to start with. Tarot: Justice and 5 of swords.
