3 Chakra Healing Music Reviews

Whether it is chakra, aura, or room, chakra healing music videos have really taken off over the last few years so I thought it would be a nice addition to my reviews to try a few and give my experience on them. Now, I will say I have done these before in the past and I was not exactly shocked at the little it did. Hence I never really used them much.

Now as a foreword I would like to say NO 30min, 1 hour, 2 hour etc video will completely cleanse and unblock your chakras for you, it simply doesn’t work like that. It is purely click bait. At best they are ‘indirect’ tools that you can use to supplement your own personal and direct energy workings, which are the BEST way to get the job done whilst learning other skills at the same time.

Tests and Trials – The Closing Chapter

Ok, there it it. I even gave it a heading to set the intent.

This is the closing chapter of the test and trials I and We have been undergoing.

We have been placed into the complete opposition of what we were hoping to move into and become. Why was this? Did we know? Maybe this IS the path to get there? Though if that was the case then why a test or trial first? To see if we are ready? Surely that isn’t needed as if you are ready you would simply be and who would test us? Who has the right to doubt or need to deem us worthy except ourselves and our judgement OF ourselves and each other?

How to: Start Meditation – Preparation

There are as many types of meditation as there are energy healing modalities so I will not go into them. This is more of an introduction to start meditation to the basics regardless of any ‘system’ that you can start on yourself. You may wish to look to find a system that suits you or you can start off with this basic foundation then adapt it to incorporate your other practices. This way it will tailor more to what you need.

An Introduction to Your Energy Body

Energy ‘Body’ seems rather limiting to the original concept of this human body, so I will use vessel unless otherwise referring in particular. In fact this body is only what your ‘vessel’ looks like in this set of frequencies. So just as your Consciousness has layers so does your vessel, the energy that acts as a central point of your Experience on any given dimension you are currently grounded in.

‘Negative Energy’ – The Simple Truth

When it comes to the general spiritual community I would say to use EXTREME CAUTION! Especially when it comes to the idea of negative energy.

There is a  ‘common/generic spiritual belief system’ which one can hear starting out which are just as toxic as some ‘social norm’ beliefs. For some reason in being ‘spiritual concept’ are considered somehow ‘better than’, even though they follow the same patterns and lead them to the same places. They just switch a few words out and replace them with alternatives.

*shrug*.. I am forever confused by these – ‘awake people’..

This concept of ‘negative energy’ in a black vs white sense, is even more destructive and deceiving then the so called ‘negative energy’ itself.
