Looking into metaphysical and spiritual journey I was brought into a very well set out and organised world. Like a fairground there attractions, rides, thrills and new experiences to try. All had their own unique feature and experience to offer. There were even huge sign posts of what was available and where.

I seem to be caught in this state of ‘shallowness’ towards this whole connection. How I feel about this, or how I think about how I feel. That to feel such things are shallow. To want, desire such things. For this to be important emotionally. I know I have read time and time again about shallow feelings in connections. Reiki For Life by Penelope Quest Review
I bought Reiki For Life by Penelope Quest a few years after completing my Level 1 reiki attunement course when I was looking to do Level 2.
I had already previously bought her book entitled ‘An Introduction to Reiki’ prior to booking my level 1 course and found it extremely helpful to get into the mindset of what reiki was and what was involved in participating in healing.
