This is my talk and sharing of my own perspective and experience with twin flame mental health. My goal is to hopefully show how important mental health is on a spiritual journey. Apologies for the video quality. I am in all my natural non-make up glory and the HD and over exposure isn’t helping!
It is easy to overlook mental health as a twin flame or indeed on any spiritual path. Our minds are being bombarded with new information. These new experiences and states are easy to get caught up in the flow. In this flow we often do not stop to check in just how well we are actually coping. Let alone deal with long term existing issues.
I have always said that, ideally, you will want to be in a good mental and emotional health state before you decide to really tackle what is going on. That way you will have a good STABLE foundation with which to confront what gets stirred up.
