Incorporate your Spiritual Life – Calendar

About the Calendar

This is to help with learning the basics of meditation and energy healing whilst make them into a habit. The Energy Realising methods also help you to grow your self and energy awareness.

Start with the first and work your way through, or stick with each step as long as you feel you need. Each Plan is roughly a month, though I recommend doing each plan for at last 4 months each to give you plenty of time to practice and get really good at the methods and awareness. You cant ‘grow’ there in only a few weeks(usually). The plans stages are not about running through it once or remembering the methos, it is about gaining the energy and self awareness needed to move on.

Please bare in mind this is a pdf that has clickable links to the relevant articles that is part of the Planner. So whilst you can print it out, you may wish to bookmark the articles first.

As these follow on from each other and use the techniques on this website you may wish to start with the Beginners plan, regardless of prior experience. You can even use stick with the first plan if you like for a while before moving on, it you decide to.

Beginners Plan

Once you can sense your own energy, feel it moving around and distinguish the various variations in sensations, you could move on to the next step.


Intermediate Plan

Open it then save it or print.

Once you can sense your own energy, feel it moving around and distinguish the various variations in sensations and know what they mean and what you should do with them you could move on to the next step.


Advanced Plan

When you have completed the other you can move onto this final plan. Please remember this plan uses the methods and practiced that are spoken about on this website and accessible via the links on the calanders.
