How To: Energy Releasing & Flow – Advanced (Healing)

For those that still new to or have not yet learnt to manipulate or sense their energies or have access to any systems please go to How To: Energy Releasing and use this method along side doing General Energy Maintenance at least 3 times a week for at least a month.

I say this not only because it is more beneficial to have some initial healing first before moving onto this method, but to help you learn the base form and get used to it first rather than trying too many new methods at once and getting confused or frustrated.

Also, unless you first learn how to actually sense your own energy as it moves during these processes, you will have no idea what is actually happening!

As this follows the layout of the previous form (and you should know what to do by now), I will simplify it  for ease.


  • Find a seat or lay down and close your eyes.  Take a minute to breathe and let go of any outside projection distractions happening inside your mind.
  • Now, start by focusing on your both your legs, toes to top of the thighs. (If you have followed the above advice you should have practiced the Basic method enough to hold greater areas in your awareness. If you can not, please go back to the Basic Method.)
  • Now feel that space that goes through both legs. Give permission to feel anything within this space, give this permission to yourself and the space itself. Any feelings or energies to rise and be felt. Acknowledge that is ‘ok’ to feel. Acknowledge its right to be felt then released. It is what it wants also after all.
  • Then just observe for any reactions as normal. Remain in this state until the feeling simply, vanishes.
  • Now, remaining in that space of awareness, intend that with each breath in your energy is pulled up both legs, from the feet to the thighs then back down with your out breath. Intend this as it happens unblocking and opening the channels. Allow it and feel it. Do not try to feel what isnt there. Do this for a few minutes.
  • By this point should know your basic 7 chakras (or more if you have the awareness of your own system). Imagine them in your body as per the image above and section your body across for each. You will be working your way up section by section ie. chakra by chakra.
  • Starting on the first section create your space of awareness. As above start with the initial Basic ‘feeling’ method, this time including the chakra in your intent and carry on until all sensations have vanished.
  • Now, using your breath in send the energy through your chakra and out through the channels across and through that section of your body, into your organs and connecting to the areas/sections above and below. With your out breath continue its flow for a few minutes. You can breath normally whilst doing this. The constant breath is to promote/intend a constant flow. As you continue to breath, the energy will continue to flow.
  • Now, move on up to the next section and continue as above.
  • (It is ok to leave the process half way if you run out of time. Just be sure to finish the section then you can carry on from where you left of)
  • Now, when you have done your entire body create a space from your tailbone to the top of your head, up the spine including all the chakras. If you need to section this in half that is fine also. As you breath in pull the energy up your spine through all the chakras and as you breath out, let it fall back down. Do this for a few minutes.

This can be done a few times a week.

NOTE: Bare in mind this will not heal the process that lead to the trapped energy.
