Isis Oracle I have had my eye on for a while! Its artwork itself is enough to warrant a fascination and reason enough to own a deck. Its the Isis Oracle deck by Alana Fairchild.
This is the second of my Triple Egyptian Deck.
Isis Oracle Guide Book
This guide book is luxurious! Its also a huge 220 pages! In alphabetical order, each card has at least 2 pages dedicated with meanings, prayers, blessing and incantations to go with each card.
The introduction to the deck offers (and answers in the creators perception) such questions as ‘What is an Initiate of the Light?’, ‘Why all the Emphasis on Beings Who Love me unconditionally’, ‘What is the best way to do the guided meditations and rituals?’ and ‘How do I use this deck?’
It comes with 2 layouts Golden Sun of Horus and Wing of Isis (whilst this is an ‘Isis’ deck, Horus does show up on some of the cards, usually to represent the Divine Masculine). The pages are not white, but an off (yellow) white.
The Cards
The cards, as I said before are more than enough reason to own this deck!
They are pretty big at 5.5 inches high and 3.7 inches wide and I have a bit of trouble shuffling them. They are glossy and smooth however and slide well without slipping around all over the place.
I tend to use these are the beginning of a reading as the ‘overall’ or higher perspective of the reading.
