Energy ‘Body’ seems rather limiting to the original concept of this human body, so I will use vessel unless otherwise referring in particular. In fact this body is only what your ‘vessel’ looks like in this set of frequencies. So just as your Consciousness has layers so does your vessel, the energy that acts as a central point of your Experience on any given dimension you are currently grounded in.

‘Negative Energy’ – The Simple Truth
When it comes to the general spiritual community I would say to use EXTREME CAUTION! Especially when it comes to the idea of negative energy.
There is a ‘common/generic spiritual belief system’ which one can hear starting out which are just as toxic as some ‘social norm’ beliefs. For some reason in being ‘spiritual concept’ are considered somehow ‘better than’, even though they follow the same patterns and lead them to the same places. They just switch a few words out and replace them with alternatives.

Withdrawing Physical Reality Tethers
Realised last night that my insecurity was simply due to the fact I had realised and removed the basis and stable foundation to which I saw as a root of myself and life. A very physical attachment of security and ‘need’ for existence. Removing them = insecure. Mental attachment to physical and external ‘things’ in life that I believe kept me safe and that I needed.
